Catina Kinsler

Catina is our Chief Assistant here at Swindle Law Group and manages our team. She graduated from Carrollton High School and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of West Georgia. She has worked in the legal field since 1998 and obtains a vast knowledge in many specialities of law. In her off time, she loves spending time with her family and fur babies. With her many years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and value to our clients.

Legal Assistant

Tana Denney

Tana is our Legal Assistant here at Swindle Law Group. She started her legal career in criminal justice in 2006 while in High School. In those years working alongside attorneys, she acquired a love and desire to help people in her community. She thrives in helping our clients obtain the best outcome for justice in their case. She officially began planting her roots at Swindle Law Group in 2023. Tana pays great attention to detail, has an inquisitive mind, and a dedicated approach to her work. Tana grew up in Henry County, Georgia and moved here to Carroll County in 2012. She lives here with her children and attends church locally. On her off time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Tana continues to be a great asset to Swindle Law Group and our community.

Receptionist/Calendar Clerk

Kimberly McCray

Kim’s smiling face is the first thing you see when you walk into our office here at Swindle Law Group. She serves as our Receptionist and Calendar Clerk. She has lived in the West Georgia area her entire life. She previously taught in the Carroll County School System for 13 years, serving regular and special education students before joining Swindle Law Group in 2022. With her previous profession as a teacher, she is able to incorporate those nurturing instincts she had for her students and pass them along to our clients’ concerns and needs during the course of their legal case. She lives in the Carrollton area with her husband and three fur babies. On her time off, she enjoys spending time with her first grandchild, Atticus. Kim wears the coat of many colors here at Swindle Law Group.
